Andrew Gan is a co-founder of The Bar Tales. His background in the FMCG industry gave him an appreciation for the details that make a product memorable. But it was a simple question that drew him into the world of drinks: what goes into making a really good coffee, mocktail or cocktail?
Curiosity soon turned into a personal challenge. Andrew began learning about ingredients, techniques and the tools used to bring a drink together. Along the way, he discovered that making drinks is as much about experimenting and enjoying the process as it is about getting the recipe right.
He co-founded The Bar Tales to share that experience. Through the blog, Andrew explores the stories behind bar tools, offers practical tips and encourages readers to try making something new, one drink at a time.
